Jessica Pacheco
Jessica joined Lincoln Strategy Group from the Arizona Chamber of Commerce where she was Sr. Vice President of Public Affairs. She represented the Arizona business community at the Arizona State Legislature and directed the Chamber’s public policy agenda. She was the spokesperson for Arizona business interests on national, state and local media outlets.
Prior to the AZ Chamber she was and Executive at APS, Arizona’s largest investor owned utility. Her areas of responsibility included franchise agreement negotiation, franchise election processes, strategic planning, budget overview, Mexico/border issues and corporate outreach. She worked extensively in economic and community development arenas throughout Arizona, the Southwestern United States and Mexico.
Jessica has been recognized as one of Arizona’s top 20 Women of 2020, one of Arizona's top 25 Latinos and in the Arizona Business Journal. Jessica has been a featured speaker at numerous conferences, included the US Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Conference.
She is a past Chair of the Border Trade Alliance board of directors, a tri-national organization aimed at enhancing NAFTA competitiveness through advocacy and public outreach, has served on the board of the Maricopa Community College Foundation, and on the board of directors of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as Vice Chair and Public Policy Committee Chair.
Throughout her career, Jessica has been involved in a number of professional organizations, such as Arizona Association for Economic Development; Arizona Mexico Commission; Arizona Partnership for the New Economy; Greater Phoenix Economic Council; Greater Yuma Port Authority; Hispanic Leadership Institute; Arizona Town Hall; Economic Development Institute; Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship; National Association of Manufacturing and Technical Assistance Centers; Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. She is active philanthropically and in community endeavors.
Jessica studied at the University of Arizona and received a BA in Portuguese and Spanish. Originally from Brazil, she now resides in Phoenix with her husband and three children.
