Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 June 2026

Lincoln Strategy Group L.L.C. respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible, and we use it only to do what you have asked of us.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, organization, country, and the message you write. Our hosting provider also processes basic technical information — such as your IP address and browser type — in standard server logs, to keep the site secure and running. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of our visitors.

Why we collect it

We use what you submit for a single purpose: to read your message and respond to it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we send no marketing. Where the law requires a basis for processing personal data, ours is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries — and, where you have asked us to begin a conversation, taking steps at your request.

Who has access

Your message reaches us through Resend, an email-delivery service that processes it on our behalf, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers act under our instructions, and only to operate the site and deliver your message. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we disclose it only as needed to respond to you or where the law requires.

Where it is processed

Our service providers may process data in the United States and in other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, it is protected by the safeguards those providers maintain, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and to maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete it.

Cookies

This site uses only the essential cookies required for it to function. It sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies — which is why you will not see a cookie-consent banner here.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to receive a copy. To exercise any of these, contact us through our contact page and we will respond. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
